At Bridesandprom.com we try to make everything as simple as possible. That's why if for any reason you are not satisfied with your dress, you can return or exchange it, no questions asked:

Returning an item: (There is a $10 handling charge)

Please send all packages to:

2. Place dress in a secure package with a note, indicating your name, address, and phone number. Please include a copy of the receipt that came with the dress. When mailing the package, make sure to have a tracking number for it. Email us the tracking number to contact@bridesandprom.com.

3. All packages must be postmarked within 3 business days from the date received. Items must not have been worn, damaged, stained, or have tags missing.


Exchanging an item: (There is no handling charge)

Note: For items that had a shipping charge, there will be no refund towards those shipping charges.

*No returns or exchanges for Clearance items.
